Workshops


Located in the heart of the forum, the workshop area is sure to attract visitors' interest, as you are the one hosting the event. For your promotional information and product demonstrations, the workshop allows you to gather visitors for 30 minutes or more, just for you.

Giant Video Screen in the Auditorium


A giant screen will be installed in the plenary auditorium. This screen will broadcast the plenary sessions and display the logos of the partners at the bottom of the screen, similar to a stock market ticker.

Live broadcast of the forum, live streaming on the Internet


The Forum pour l’Investissement et du Partenariat 2025 will provide Internet users around the world with a live video stream of the plenary sessions and workshops in their entirety.


To do this, we have set up a system capable of broadcasting videos to Internet users. We have chosen to maintain the best possible quality and the most open format possible so that all types of devices can play this stream. It will be available through the brand new YouTube Live platform. 

This means that our visitors will be able to access the stream directly via the YouTube link below or by scanning the QR code above using their smartphone or tablet.



TV commercial


A commercial will be produced and broadcast on television channels during the month preceding the opening date of the Forum. The commercial will be 30 seconds long. The advert will announce the event by displaying the official poster for the exhibition and the official sponsor's logo, and will mention the company name in the text. It is scheduled to be broadcast 10 times during peak viewing hours.​

Radio advert


The radio advert will be broadcast on national and international stations. It will be 30 seconds long. The advert will announce the event and list the Diamond Sponsors. It will be broadcast three times a day during the week preceding the opening date of the Forum and three times a day during the Forum itself. ​



Website


The website is an essential tool for visitors to register online and prepare for their visit to the forum. It is listed in the main search engines and mentioned in all communication media (advertisements, press kits, posters, invitations, e-mailings, etc.).

Items to be provided:
  • Logo in 400x400 pixel format
  • PNG file with transparent background
  • 100 ko maximum


Other benefits offered to sponsors


The Organisers are willing, at the Sponsor's request, to organise free themed meetings or demonstration workshops, provided that they express their need at least one week before the forum's opening date. 


This service does not include the cost of refreshments or coffee breaks. The organisers will assist the sponsor if, in their capacity as an exhibitor, they wish to organise refreshments at their stand.
